    2. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dogileptic. Dogleptic offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

    3. Importance of Reading: Before placing an order with us, please read these Terms thoroughly. They provide important information about who we are, how we will supply products to you, how the contract may be altered or terminated, and how to address any issues that may arise. If you believe there is an error in these Terms, please reach out to us for clarification.

    4. Engaging with Terms: By visiting our site, being a member of our support groups and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

    5. Disagreement with Terms: If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website, creating an account, inputting information into functional areas of the site, or placing any orders with us. To order products from our website, you must accept these Terms.

    6. Changes to Terms: You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Changes to Website: We may make changes to our website to reflect our business priorities, but we cannot guarantee that our website or any of its content will always be available or uninterrupted. We may temporarily or permanently suspend or restrict access to all or part of our website for business or operational reasons.     1. About us: These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods by the customer through the Website, www.dogileptic.com. The supplier, Dogileptic Limited, is a company registered in England with company number 15491754 and having its registered office at 16 DUNWORTH MEWS, LONDON, W11 1LE.

    3. Communication with you: In the event that we need to reach out to you, we will do so by sending an email to the email address or postal address provided by you during the ordering process or by calling the phone number on file in your Account details.

  3. Registration

    1. Registration: To make purchases and participate in consultations, you must register with us through the process outlined on the Site. You will provide information about you and your pet(s) which will give you access to purchasing products from us.

    2. Registration Details: It is your responsibility to make sure the information you provide in connection with your registration is accurate and complete, as this may impact our ability to provide products to you.

    3. Registration Changes: You are responsible for all changes to the information provided during your registration, such as changes to pet information, subscription plans, postal addresses, and delivery instructions. You can provide updated details to hello@dogileptic.com.

    4. Age Restriction: Our Site is intended for users over the age of 18. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

  4. Orders and Subscriptions

    1. Our Subscription Service: When you sign up for one of our plans, you will be subscribed to a regular delivery of products from us. The delivery intervals will be specified on the order confirmation email and in accordance with these terms.

    2. Order Acceptance: We will accept your order by emailing you with confirmation that your order has been placed and a contract will be formed between you and Dogileptic at that point.

    3. Valid Payment Details: To purchase products from the site, you must have correct and up-to-date payment information entered on the payment link or your order may not be fulfilled.

    4. Unable to Accept Order: If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and may not charge you for the product. This may be due to the product being out of stock, unexpected limitations in our resources, or an error in the product’s price or description.

    5. Changes to Subscription Order(s): For subscription orders, if you need changes to take effect before your next delivery, you must email us at hello@dogileptic.com prior to the cut-off date and time (14 days before your expected delivery). Dogileptic reserves the right to change the cut-off date and time. After the cut-off time, you will not be able to make changes to your order, including but not limited to cancellations, address changes, payment details, and box contents. You will be charged for any delivery in progress at the cut-off time.

    6. Prices: The total price you pay for your product will include the specific box price, calculated on the day your order is processed, plus VAT where applicable. This breakdown will be displayed on the site before you confirm your order, and you can make changes to your details and pet information before completing your purchase.

    7. Order Payment: The total price will be charged to the payment method provided by you at the cut-off time for each specific order via a payment link. It’s your responsibility to provide valid payment information. If payment is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, outdated information, or other disputes, Dogileptic may still deliver the order and attempt to charge you again. Dogileptic reserves the right to recover the outstanding amount by charging the failed payment again or through other means. If payment is not received on time, Dogileptic may charge additional fines and may transfer the management and collection of the debt to a third-party agency, the costs of which may be passed on to you. Dogileptic may pause execution of the agreement and delivery of orders if payment obligations are not met.

    8. Future Orders: You can manage your future orders by emailing hello@dogileptic.com, and changes you make may affect the price of your order, which will be communicated to you via email once submitted.

    9. Stopping Subscription: Your subscription will remain active unless stopped through emailing hello@dogileptic.com and giving notice. If you stop and reactivate your Dogileptic subscription later, the plan price may differ from the price at the time of stopping your original account.

  5. Price and payment

    1. Where to find the price for the product: The product price, including VAT, can be found on the order email at the time of placement. We make sure to provide accurate pricing information.

    2. VAT: We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. In case of a change in VAT rate between the order date and delivery date, we will adjust the VAT amount you pay, unless the full payment for the product has already been made before the VAT change takes effect.

    3. Pricing Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

  6. Our Product

    1. Product packaging and illustrations/photographs: Product packaging may differ from what is shown on our site. Product images are for illustration only and colours may not be accurately represented.

    2. Our Ingredients: We use natural ingredients to make our food products. The ingredients or methods may change for business reasons, and we reserve the right to make minor changes without notice.

    3. Allergen Advice: We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions, illness or death of an animal resulting from our food, treats and supplements. If your pet has a medical condition or allergies, you should consult your vet before use. It is your responsibility to ensure food does not contain an ingredient that your pet is allergic to.

    4. Feeding Guildeings: You should always adhere to the feeding guidelines of each product and consult your vet before using our products.

    5. Product Changes: We reserve the right to update or change any of our products for operational and business reasons.

  7. Delivery

    1. Delivery Costs: The delivery charges will be as displayed on our email correspondence with your order information.

    2. Delivery Method: During the ordering process, we will inform you of the delivery date. Delivery will be done through our delivery partner, but some UK postcodes may not be eligible for next-day delivery. Proof of delivery may not always be obtained. We may refuse delivery to certain locations, but we will inform you during the registration process if delivery to your address is possible.

    3. Delivery Schedule: For subscription products, the first delivery date will be in the third week of the relevant calender month, and thereafter delivered at 28 day intervals. Future deliveries will follow a regular schedule. Delivery times may vary based on your location, stock availability, and the information you provide.

    4. Delays Beyond Our Control: If delivery is delayed due to events outside of our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and take measures to minimize the impact. We are not responsible for delays caused by these events, but if there is a significant risk of delay, you can contact us to terminate the contract and receive a refund for any undelivered products.

    5. Unable to Deliver: If no one is present at the delivery address, the product will be left at a safe place, if available. If no safe place is recorded, the product will be left at the most suitable location at the address. Once the delivery is in transit, we cannot arrange for a redelivery or change the delivery location. It is your responsibility to be available for the delivery.

    6. Failure to re-arrange Delivery: If you do not arrange for redelivery, we will reach out to you for further instructions and may charge you for storage and additional delivery fees. If, despite our efforts, we cannot reach you or arrange for redelivery or collection, we may terminate the contract.

    7. Missing Deliveries: Report any missing or undelivered deliveries by emailing us at hello@dogileptic.com.

    8. Product Shelf Life: The shelf life of each product is shown on the packaging and should be consumed before the best before date. After delivery, you must store the products as recommended.

    9. Information Requirement: We need certain information from you to deliver the products, such as delivery information. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to deliver your products.

    10. 7.10.Suspension of product(s) or order(s): If we need to suspend a product(s) or order(s), we will inform you in advance, unless it is urgent or an emergency. If your product(s) or order(s) is suspended, we will adjust the price so you are not charged for suspended product(s) or order(s).

  8. Returns

    1. Your legal rights: For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.

    2. How to place a return: We want you to be satisfied with the products you receive from Dogileptic. If you’re not satisfied and do wish to return any product to us please follow the following steps:

      1. 8.2.1.Email us at hello@dogileptic.com. Please include details of the product that you wish to return. Please do this within 7 days of receiving your product from us.

      2. 8.2.2.You have 14 days from receipt of the products to send them back to the following address: 16 Dunworth Mews, W11 1LE. Please note that the cost of returning the products is your responsibility. If you choose to refuse a shipment as a way of returning an order, you will also be responsible for the associated costs.

      3. 8.2.3.While the products are in your possession prior to return, please handle them with care. Upon receipt, we will inspect the products and may request additional information about the return.

    3. Refund: We will refund you for any products returned unopened and unused. It can take up to 10 working days from this point for the payment to be credited to your account.

  9. Cancellation

    1. Cancellation right: You can push or cancel your subscription at any time, by notifying us via email addressed to hello@dogileptic.com.

    2. Order Cancellation or Changes: To cancel or make changes to your order, please do so via email to hello@dogileptic.com before the cut-off date for the next shipment, which is 14 days before your expected delivery.

    3. Refusal by Us: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have already been shipped to you.

    4. Product Resale: Our products are only intended for domestic and personal use. You agree not to use the products for any commercial, business, or resale purposes.

  10. Discounts & Offers

    1. 10.1.Promotional discounts: Promotional discount codes and/or free gifts may be given at our sole discretion on terms and conditions notified at the time of the relevant promotional offer or discount.

    2. 10.2.Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative to the free gift and this is subject to the availability of the item(s).

    3. 10.3.Discount Codes: If a discount code has been used within an order which was unauthorised, then Dogileptic may have the right to retract this order. This term also supersedes any other term related to sold goods.

  11. Optional Tools

    1. 11.1.We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

    2. 11.2.You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

    3. 11.3.Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

    4. 11.4.We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). 11.5 Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

  12. Third-Party Links

    1. 12.1.Certain content, products and services available via our Service, including our Whatsapp Support Groups, may include materials from third parties.

    2. 12.2.Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

    3. 12.3.We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

  13. User Comments, Feedback & Other Submissions

    1. 13.1.If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

    2. 13.2.We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

    3. 13.3.You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

  14. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

    1. 14.1.Occasionally there may be information on our site, whatsapp support groups or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

    2. 14.2.We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

  15. Prohibited used

    2. 16.2.We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

    3. 16.3.You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

    4. 16.4.You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

    5. 16.5.In no case shall Dogleptic, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

  17. INDEMNIFICATION

    1. 17.1.You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dogileptic and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

  18. Privacy

    1. 18.1.Your privacy is critical to us: We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.

    2. 18.2.Other policies: These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our privacy policy Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

  19. Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints

    1. 19.1.Which laws apply to this contract: The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.

    2. 19.2.Where you may bring legal proceedings: Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland. We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints in the following way: If a dispute occurs customers should contact us to find a solution. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 5 days.
