We may also update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or services for business, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. Our Services
Dogileptic is an educational platform. We provide digital education, informational resources, memberships, support materials, community spaces and related content focused on canine health, nutrition, epilepsy, brain health and wellbeing.
All content and services made available through Dogileptic are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide veterinary services, medical services, diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice or clinical care through this website.
No content on this website, in our emails, in our memberships, in our downloads, in our support groups, or in any other part of our platform should be understood as veterinary advice, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinary surgeon.
You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided through our platform. You must always seek the advice of your vet or another suitably qualified veterinary professional before making decisions about your dog’s diet, supplements, medication, treatment, care plan, seizure management, or any health-related matter.
We may update, remove, replace or modify any part of our services, content, resources, membership features or website functionality at any time.
4. Strong Medical and Veterinary Disclaimer

This includes, without limitation, any information relating to epilepsy, seizures, medication, ketogenic diets, supplements, raw feeding, fresh feeding, dementia, anxiety, behaviour, allergies, gut health, liver support or any other health condition.
You must not rely on Dogileptic content as a substitute for professional veterinary guidance. Always consult your veterinary surgeon before acting on any information provided by us, especially if your dog:
-
has epilepsy or suspected seizures
-
is taking prescription medication
-
has a diagnosed medical condition
-
is showing new, worsening or emergency symptoms
-

If your dog is unwell, having a seizure emergency, deteriorating, or requires urgent medical support, contact your vet or emergency veterinary provider immediately.
While we aim to provide accurate, research-informed and helpful educational information, we make no promise, warranty or guarantee that any content is complete, current, clinically appropriate for your dog, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
Results will vary between dogs. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, improvement, health benefit or seizure reduction from using our website, content, memberships, products or recommendations.
Your use of any information from Dogileptic is entirely at your own risk.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you purchase a membership, digital product or other paid service from us, you are making an offer to buy that item.
We will accept your order when we send you an email confirming it. At that point, a contract will come into existence between you and Dogileptic.
We may refuse to accept an order for any reasonable reason, including where:
-
a product or service is unavailable
-
payment cannot be processed
-
there is an error in the description or price
-
we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or breach of these Terms
-
If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and, where appropriate, refund any payment already made.
6. Memberships and Recurring Payments
If you purchase a membership or other recurring service, you agree that the subscription will renew automatically at the billing interval stated at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue. If you cancel, your access will usually continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless stated otherwise.
We may change membership pricing, features or inclusions from time to time. If we do, we will apply those changes to future billing periods only and give reasonable notice where appropriate.
We may suspend or terminate your membership access if payment fails or if you breach these Terms.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency stated on the website and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
The price payable for a product or service is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
You must provide valid, current and complete payment details. If your payment method fails, we may retry the payment and may suspend your access to paid services until payment is received.
You are responsible for any charges imposed by your payment provider or bank.
8. Digital Content and Access
When you purchase a digital product, membership or other online resource, access will usually be provided through your account, email, download link or another method stated at purchase.

10. Cancellation and Refunds
Digital content
If you purchase digital content and ask us to provide access immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the digital content has been supplied.

11. Promotions, Discounts and Offers
We may offer promotional discounts, bonuses, free resources or special offers from time to time at our sole discretion.
Such promotions may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Discount codes must be used lawfully and in accordance with any stated conditions. If a code is used improperly, fraudulently or in breach of its terms, we may cancel the relevant order or withdraw the discount.
There is no cash alternative for any free gift, bonus or promotional offer unless required by law.
